Things to Consider When Buying Land
1. Do your own due diligence and research what you can.
2. MAKE SURE YOU ARE DEALING WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY – Ensure they have a Better Business Bureau rating of A+. You can find thin at www.bbb.org
3. Be precise when deciding what you want to use the land for, ie, investment, home site, camp site, market garden ETC.
4. Make sure everything is outlined in your real estate agreement. Leave nothing to chance
5. Enjoy the experience of becoming a real estate mogul.
